Ratanian- Edalti Expansion into Europe [Edalt]

Edalt has recently finished it's "turn" at expansion into Europe, taking lands that were once a part of Portugal. It has moved almost 3 million civilians into the cities of Balreska (former Lisbon) and Nova Brega(former Brega). A small naval base has been founded in Balreska, and will now serve as the Edalti Naval Service headquarters. We now await Ratanian response before we take an lands claimed by the Ratanian Order.
